We refund 50% of the fee if a starter leaves within their first 2 weeks, and 25% if they leave within 4 weeks. Full terms are in our terms of business, which we send before any introductions.
No. Every candidate we introduce already has the right to work in the UK, and we check this before you meet them.
Most homes run their own Enhanced DBS checks as part of onboarding. If you'd like support with this, ask us and we'll talk you through the options.
