A flat 10% of the starter's first-year basic salary, as an introductory rate. There's nothing to pay upfront, and nothing at all if you don't hire anyone we introduce.
We refund 50% of the fee if a starter leaves within their first 2 weeks, and 25% if they leave within 4 weeks. Full terms are in our terms of business, which we send before any introductions.
We check right to work before introducing anyone, and we'll always tell you upfront if a candidate would need sponsorship, so there are no surprises.
