What we collect

  • Enquiries from employers: your name, organisation, email, phone number and the details of the role you need.
  • Candidate registrations: your name, contact details, the kind of role you want, your CV and anything else you choose to tell us.
  • Downloads: your name, email and organisation when you download one of our free guides.
  • Employer and candidate accounts: your login email and a securely encrypted password.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and provide our recruitment service.
  • To match candidates with suitable roles. We only share a candidate's details with an employer in connection with a specific role.
  • If you download a guide, we may follow up by email about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We rely on our legitimate interest in running a recruitment business, and on taking steps you have asked us to take, such as finding you staff or a job. We never sell your information.

Who else sees it

Your information is stored with our website host and email provider, who process it on our behalf. Candidate details are shared with employers only for roles the candidate is being put forward for.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and candidate records for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies so that logins work and so we remember your cookie choice. These don't track you.

With your permission only, we also use advertising cookies from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and may use similar cookies from LinkedIn and Microsoft. These tell us which of our adverts bring people to the site and let us show our adverts to people who have visited before. Nothing is set unless you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.

Your rights
